Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders received Monday-Friday before 9am EST are shipped same day with tracking. We ship USPS, IPS & FedEx to any address in the US, it's territories including APO's.

Standard Shipping (3-6 business days) is FREE for orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days) Cost is calculated at checkout.

2-Day Delivery (2 business days) is available for the contiguous United States (no PO Boxes). Certain items are eligible to be shipped at a discounted flat rate cost.

Orders over $200 may require signature confirmation to ensure proper delivery to the customer.

Return Policy:

Any item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of your delivery date.

Returning unwanted items: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items must be received in unopened, resalable condition for a refund of the item price minus a 20% restocking and return shipping fee. Items received opened/damaged may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% at the discretion of EJSE.
We take responsibility for any error in shipping on our part. If the return is due to an error on our end we will provide a prepaid return label and exchange the items.
Any package that is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, insufficient address or NSN will be refunded minus a 20% restocking & return shipping fee. All refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt.
